Seriously, do you suppose it's an Optimizer6500, hopped up even? It's gotta be.. Guarenteed, we'll never know.
Far less seriously, imagine some Monty Pythonesque terrorist attempt on it using an '80's diesel chevette, and then the chevette outruns it to get away!!

They will need a turbine engine to out run the 400 police cars, 100 secret service cars, probably 5 helicopters and after a few seconds probably a few fighter jets.

I used to live in the D.C. suburbs. As far as range goes that shouldn't be an issue. I can only remember a handful of times that they even drove as far as Camp David. Unless there were weather issues they usually went by helicopter. If they are out in the world somewhere I wouldn't expect them to be more than say twenty miles from a secure location they could run to. Even that I would think would extreme. I would really expect it to be more like five miles.
 
I saw condensation coming out the tailpipes while i was ignoring obama and checking out his gangsta ride.. I've never seen my truck do that so i thought it was gas? :scratchchin:

Shes just running a little rich, they need all the power they can get to haul obama and all his ninjas around.

I figured he would have toyota build him a prius limo so he could save the world from all that nasty hydrocarbons thats causing global warming from all you idiots running around in your fuel hogs.

Dual injection systems, one with a Heath GL4 and a mechanical with re-designed heads to support 2 injectors. Then it would be completely impervious to outside emp blasts :D

It probably doesn't get cold enough there for you to notice it on your diesel. I notice it here upon cold startup when it's cold (below 25-30 or so, probably). It seems to go away very fast.
 
It makes sense to use the same components the military uses for the motor.

The left wing nutjobs should be happy since he could run bio in it, the right wing nutjobs could be happy because he's got old fashioned USA iron under the hood.
 
It probably has the same battle proven 6.5TD that the up armored HMMWV's use. I have been driving them since early 2000 and have yet to this day blown a motor without an explosion taking it out. I have seen the temp gauge on them stay at over 220 F all day and she still ran like a top.

But I will add they are very slow. But they are hauling around a lot of weight.

That temp statement makes me feel very comfortable about 210 being ok. NO HIGHER in my book.

Sure would be nice dropping a new crate one of them in this ol' girl.

That wasnt exhaust, that was marijuana smoke, I heard obama and his wife were smokin a pipe. Thats what they said on the radio show I was listening to.
