6.5 hard/no start then stalls

iirc the factory setting is between -0.25 and -0.7 you can go as high as -1.94 and still be ok before it codes. the movement is VERY minor to make a drastic change. just by loosening the IP and re-tightening it will make a change! as us hillbilly's call it, "a hair off a fly's a$$" is all it takes lol.

Seems like .09 is below the factory setting could that effect the starting?

I suggest turning the solenoid 10-20° towards the passenger side. To do this, unscrew the stopper detent, using bit T10.

You can make a homemade wrench or use drill bits by inserting them into the holes in the solenoid housing. It is necessary to twist in the direction of the passenger, as if twisting.

Gotcha I’m using an old snap on scanner so I thought that would give me the data I needed but looks like I’m missing a lot I’ll take a video of all the data it will give me so maybe y’all can see something I’m not. As for the turning of the pump itself it that just tightening the solenoid or is that changing something in regards to fuel?

It is not the pump that needs to be turned, but only the solenoid.
Turning the solenoid will decrease the clearance between the pushrod and the valve. which will affect the accuracy of the fuel dosage, the speed should stabilize. The engine will run smoother and quieter.
