I finally pulled the trigger a couple of days ago and didn't even leave the house yet (all done via internet and phone).I had to buy in Cal because Arizona didn't have squat in what I wanted.
The vehicle cost MSRP was $56,760(GMC 3500 DRW 4sa option pkg) they offered me the vehicle at 50,950 not bad and after all the rebates $5,250, gave them $45,700 for the truck.Thats $11,060 off of MSRP I maybe could of haggled a bit more but it was hard to find a Dually that had everything I wanted. Will pick-up in Cal around the 27th.I feel good about the deal although I still have a hard time throwing that much green down on a vehicle!

The 94 454 Chevy is going away and has been a great truck for me, but I just needed more fom her then she could handle.I'm excited and fearful all at once, as I will now (or soon next week) will have a new truck that I must worry about scratching and such. The other one was in great shape but it had its initiation into the world-you guys know what I mean.
I will provide pics as soon as I can.

Cool, you will love the new truck, it will be a pulling machine. I went from a 454 dually to a duramax, what an improvement....:biggrinjester:

Cant wait for the pictures

Sounds like an awesome truck congrats on your purchase. Oh and it's not how much you pay for the truck up front, it's how much money that money pit will cost you in the coming years (just look at my sig).

#1 Removing the stock exhaust, replacing it with a turbo back exhaust and purchasing a programmer to take care of the DPF delete issues.

I've tried my best to keep the stock exhaust on but it's got to go.

All good info I am going to wait and see how she runs and break her in first.I use to be the first in line to modify and such, but I am going to wait a while this time.I feel as though the programmers are going to catch up to this technology soon and clear up some of these cel/limp issues. But thats just me I know everyone has op of this.Best to let the ownners get some miles on these trucks with prog DPF's/or without , and iron out the kinks. It's all so confusing-so I am just gonna get in and drive the thing and enjoy!:)
