Looking at the various HX35 maps, 15psi is in the first 20% of the map(s) efficiency island. IE, way down in the high 70's/80% range.
Driving the HX35 turbine harder seems to improves the efficiency data points. It would seem as though the drive pressure curve would plateau-off...
With some tech knowledge turning up the proverbial wick isn't rocket science.
