    Steering box leaks when forced to turn from the wheels vs. the steering wheel.

    You can replace seals under the cap at the input shaft, but you may have to get a full rebuild kit to get them.

    Right rear brake locking

    This problem is simply resolved by replacing the rear brake shoes and turning the rotors. Also putting in new spring kits for the rear brakes. Now if the rear wheel is remaining locked up even after the pedal is released, you have a clogged or damaged brake line, or wheel cylinder.

    Steering Wheel Loose?

    Did you observe the column near the floor to confirm the play is at the top? If so, there is a huge nut under the airbag that may be loose.
