Ok, EVERYTHING in my Front End has been looked over and is Tight as can be. Can't Rattle.

I Replaced my ISS with the Newer / Updated one to get rid of the Rattles. Can't Rattle.

Brake Calipers all have the Rubber Bushings in the Ends of the Slide Bolts. Can't Rattle.

Now...I STILL have something Rattling in my Steering.

If I Sit in the Drivers Seat and Grab the Steering Wheel at 3 & 9 O'clock, and try to Wiggle it, Pushing 9 away from me and Pulling 3 Towards me, Alternating with the Push & Pull, the Steering Wheel is actually Loose. It's got just enough Wiggle to Feel & See it.

So...is the Main Nut (behind the Horn Button) Loose? is there something Inside the Column that could be Loose, like a Bearing or something??

Any Ideas?

Check the nut and mounting of the column to the bottom of the dash. I can't remember if there is a undoing in the shaft before the steering box. Is the steering box mounted securely to the frame?

Did you observe the column near the floor to confirm the play is at the top? If so, there is a huge nut under the airbag that may be loose.

Got the Exhaust Clamp and Updated ISS and still have the Noise.

I don't think my Truck was Build right...or whoever Built it, was Drunk. :)
