My Water to Air intercooler install

Sorry I'm so slow o reply. had to finish the alternator upgrade. We loaned the Subaru to Daughter in college, and Wifey doesn't like driving around wit a solar panel array on the roof. It worked, though. It's been a while since I did the grille, I mentally mixed the motorhome and Burb grilles...

My Water to Air intercooler install

The key word there is speed. The opening vs air passage factors with velocity. Example: the old Charger Daytona would overheat at town driving but over 100 ran cool. The smallish opening for cooling gave less drag at speed, but insufficient airflow for street use. I'd keep the opening as is nut...

    Hello, All!

My $.02; Great experience with Evans coolant. It's a very common coolant type for stationary engine use; no corrosion and no pressure among the advantages. Initial Cost is the big problem, then it's not common and hard to find most anywhere if you lose some while repairs or upgrades are being...

I hope the 6.5L fleet does not revolt....

I supervised a Fleet of '04 and '05 4x4 A.T. crew cabs. Six workers, equipment and trailers, hills and heat, very reliable. All diesel from our own tanks. Burnt out bulbs, dents, and broken glass were our biggest problems.
