Got most of the front torn off a few weekends ago. And after stupid amounts of rain and having a couple ribs out last weekend I can finally pull the motor this weekend.

I actually like having it up there. [emoji3] And luckily the bolts were long enough for the hooks. [emoji1][emoji1][emoji1]

Yeah I might not do them myself. [emoji3] I've got a great mechanic for the stuff that I don't feel ambitious enough to do. [emoji41]

    What is this?

Not the right one. Thanks though. :) I don't know why this thing is so hard to find. :( I found a picture from a forum about S-we'd. [emoji53]

    What is this?

There in lies my dilemma. I love both. I learned manual on a 80' chevette and have driven all the way up to a 1 ton flatbed. But I guess the more I think about it. With failing knees already the auto is an easier solution.... Plus less work to put in. [emoji51] Some times I over think things. Lol.

    1992 6.5 projectish.....

So in the next couple weeks I plan on getting the 92' in the garage to start tearing it apart. I know a few posts ago I asked about the tranny controller business. I have 3 spare 4l80E trannys at my disposal. One is actually a GM reman out of a 2001 Savannah 3500. Only down side is they are all...

I'm thinking when I do my db2 engine swap I will look into that as well. I plan to go through the motor I have before the install any way. :)

Seems like we should all be coating our entire trucks with it as much as heat is an issue with a 6.5. Lol.

Did you do the coating your self? And how do you go about curing?

Normally we put it in the back and use it as a "deck". But with me pulling the pop up as well the tounge is so low with the rack in the back. So that's why the basket is in the front. I left the tail gate on this time.

We had the bikes on the front for about and hr, but the truck was running to hot with them there. For some reason the weather went nuts this week and its been 90deg plus this week. [emoji33][emoji27] So we ended up strapping them to the top of my moms pop up. I also need to pull and clean the...
