This is absolutely in the ball park for a performance radiator. Note they do crack and need to be repaired more often from expansion/contraction, but, this is the trade off for the performance design of them.

Looks right decent.
I have it installed now and I checked the water volume of both ....
Stock held 2 gallons
Aluminum held 2 1/2 gallons
If fit nice, it fills up the lower area where it sits and I had to remove the 2 bolts that hold the lower half of the shroud, and the 2 cross bars that sit between the radiator & condenser... neither mod will affect anything, once the shroud was installed the lower half doesn't move at all...

Did you do the coating your self? And how do you go about curing?
Yes I did, this is a new Techline product that air cures, no need to bake, just etch spray and wait, it is fully cured in 7 days....
Made for things that can't be baked like radiators & intercoolers that have plastic tanks...

Have they released performance difference in the bake on one vs the 7 day self cure?
1% less than baked on.....

Oh wow! Hmmm...I see why you used it on the all aluminum.
Only reason for me was the radiator won't fit in my oven.... and this product is more expensive than the bake on is but can be used where the other can't so it balances out...
