EGR will plug ok will plug the system, found corroded grounds on block and body by fuel tank.... the 2 grounds to the body from the back of the block were really bad also(pain the !@#$ how ever thought of putting the ground under the heater core hoses . Cleaned up really well......tomorrow...

EGR Have a whole bunch of wires going to egr solenoids 3 of them in total, one of them is for the EGR.... one of them is for EPR..... and one of them is for the transmission for the overdrive lock up. more trouble shooting for next week....ive worked on gas engines for 20...

yes a box filter connected to the back of the intake manifold...I believe its a "standyne model 80 fuel filter" ... was leaking really bad with a wix fuel filter lots of air in the system. Replaced it with an ac delco filter no more leaks i hope. You mentioned o rings, where do I need to look...
