But they didn't have a Bug Visor ! Remove that thing and you have high pressure at the base of the windshield. Had exactly the same symptom, Dennis mentioned, but after removing the bug visor, the symptons have been gone. AND I also have a lunar visor.

No problem with. I also have a 1998 Mercedes C180 as a daily driver to work. It also is a gas engine with a little 1.8 liter engine and auto tranny cauz I get any younger too and I'm tiered of "stirring the fuel with the stickshift" due to the traffic we have here in germany. Auto tranny is more...

Each engine type got its advantage and also its dis-advantage, BUT a V-engine is shorter than an inline-engine. Due to the max length.of truck and trailer of 18.25 meters here, most manufactors here use every inch, centimeter for the trailer and NOT for the...
IF it isnt damaged, there's no need to change, cauz it only has the get the exhaust fumes from FOUR cylinders to the turbo, and for FOUR the diameter is big enough. AND these crossoverpipes are only about 1/4" biggier than stock.

Everything standard -> cooling system, radiator, waterpump
EXCEPT the single T-stat and the FanClutch mod !
With the OEM 195°F T-Stat the temp gauge went over the 210°F mark while pulling 5 tons. With the Kennedy 180°F T-stat the needle stays at 185°F and goes only about hair...
