I'm running a Diamond Eye kit on mine, -which uses a 3" downpipe into a 4" out the back.
I'm not sure if the kit will clear your A/C stuff though.

Looks like there was just a touch of "edge-riding" on those bearings as a result of the crank throw not being supported and wallowing around in the big-ends of the rods. The good news is that the sides of the rods look pretty good.
I would say you're probably ok..
