    Tune and test

It's a Devil's Own system with a 14gph nozzle. I have had no trouble with it, however, I can't recommend them because they won't answer the phone anymore. I think the original owner may have passed away. This is a mechanical pump, no computer. There are many changes and adjustments that can be...

    1994 K3500 extended cab dually

Might be necessary to o-ring the block! My puny setup burns clean at about 12psi- unless I have the water on!

175cfm @.250" is huge. Can't wait to see what you feed and compress all that flow with!

Shoulda put a better converter in there while I was at it!

If your tranny mount is squashed, it may allow enough sag to lift the front of the engine. I replaced All the mounts before I installed my Optimizer, and had no clearance issues with the dmax fan.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Last load to go home from the 2021 Nittany Antique Machinery Association fall show. We get to play with old tractors for four days straight! I hate when it's over. 1950 John Deere B and a M&W P355 dynomometer.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Done correctly, a 6.5 can move serious weight without getting hot. I moved two loads today over a 6+% grade and never went over 195*. Now the climb is only about a mile and a half, but I pulled 15.5k on the first run, and 14k on the second one. Second gear at 3200rpm. Lots of water with a...

    Radiator Leak

Nice bike! I wish I knew where my Grandpa's suicide shift Harley was. He bought it after getting home from Germany in 1947.

    Tractor Pull

Ether. Those motors are very low compression (@8:1). Sometimes it will puddle in the intake until the turbo can blow it through.

I've never been worried about my 6.5 running too cool. Gotta run 195 for maximum power and efficiency, blah blah blah! I've never broken anything by running cool- running hot is a different story! Mine will get up to 195ish towing ridiculous loads up a mountain, but unloaded cruising is probably...

I got almost 18.5 on my only "trip" this summer (still mixed driving). A/C on and therefore cooling fan running. K2500 eclb, 4l80e, 4.10

IF you decide to ditch this engine, it would be best to find an Optimizer or p400 (Navistar block) imo. And then still do a full teardown to make sure everything is right. I didn't, but I feel that I have been very lucky and I should have.

My two trucks are 49 years old combined. Just bought a 2021 Atlas for the wife (it's nice!). Guess what? She likes to drive the 6.5! Good luck
