While your at it check for a groove cut into the axle tube by the old seal. There is a fix for this if you choose to get a repair sleeve. Pretty easy install.

Maybe a 12x20.. Free standing. All steel. Would like it to be fully enclosed with 'some kinda' door for an average vehicle. (9x7 feet) Something not permanent.

Forward clutch is likely fried. A fluid and filter change would not help you at this point.
The forward clutch is something replaced on a complete rebuild. Especially on a high mile unit which yours is, probably..

Yes^^ The HVAC on these were all vacuum actuated. Could be that the blower motor is doing it's thing but you cannot feel any air from the vents. Can't recall if there's a default position, say defrost only, if the vacuum isn't hooked up.
The blower motor needs a ground and grounds through the flange/case on the motor itself. The fiberglass AC box doesn't offer any electrical conductivity to the cab of the truck. Maybe that's your problem.. ?
The elbows are made in china, which for what they are isn't so bad.. The ones I used (help parts) had green orings that basically melted and failed within the first 4000 miles of use. Recommendation: Use regular old black rubber orings in place of the green ones.
^^Yes. The rivet holes in the stamped control arms are slightly bigger than the holes in the ball joint. It creates a step under the head of the rivet.
