Will PW/DL doors convert to hand crank?

I ran onto a junker truck with good doors, but it has power windows and locks, so I was wondering if they can be converted back to hand crank, and if so, is it just a bolt on ordeal, or is there any drilling or fabbing at all?

Swap out the entire door cassette and you should be good to go...

Better yet take the wiring harness out of the junker too and hook them up. It's not hard to do.
