Ok so this is probably one of those things I should know by now having owned the 6.5L for going on 6 months is
I noticed the only light that doesn't come on during the start up process is the WIF light and swear I read somewhere it is should during the start-up sequence just like the rest of them. I recently changed every bulb in the instrument panel so I assumed I didn't do something right, and pulled the instrument panel today and swapped the bulb holders with a know good light, but at last there with no change in light behavior and the other bulb assembly proved good. I looked over the electrical diagram I have for the Tahoe and looking at it I almost feel like the light cant really come on during start-up as it doesn't seem to go through the ECM but rather just from through the sensor from the ENG-I Fuse. Now I could be wrong and misreading this thing (or the diagram could be bad it isn't a gm factory one ), but could someone clarify this for me. Thanks!
