Where to buy HID's?

I was looking at the retro nightvision or digital kits. I know I want a gigital type ballast as I don't like losing my radio reception when my lights are on. I looked at that link, and I don't need the wiring kit as I already ran 14 guage wire out to my lights and have them on relays from when I put the first set in. DDM's prices are nice, but I wasn't sure about the quality. Looking like I'll go with the retro digital kits and the 10% off code.

Just got my HELLAS from FEDEX today. Ordered from the EBAY store for $30+$7 shipping per light. They showed up in sealed HELLA boxes all wrapped up. Now I need to order my HID's for them.

Damn, those were even Cheaper than I Found them for on there. Back when I was Looking, the Cheapest I could Find them for was about $45-50/ea

A buddy of mine has 6 sets od HID's from DDM and out of the 6 sets he's had 1 ballast go bad. He said he paid $6 for shipping and they warrantied it and paid shipping back. I just put MEAN GREEN's headlight harness in mine with some Xentec HID's I acquired, and they are pretty bright. They were 35 watt, one's. Not sure what I will put in if these go bad, but I figured I would give them a shot since they were free.

Got my bulbs in today from retro solutions, and these HELLA's with the 3000K NIGHTVISIONS in them are BRIGHT! Only problem is that one of the bulbs is cracked around the base:mad2:, so I have to wait and here back from them on how to get a replacement. I also got a set of there digital 35W 4300K's for my low beams as my old tenon set didn't always light off on the drivers side, and these digital retros are NOTICEABLY brighter with a much broader beam pattern. I hooked up the drivers side with the retro digital and the passenger side with my old tenon, and you couldn't hardly see the old one because the retro was drowning it out. And the 1 HELLA with the HID in is one LETHAL light. I hooked it up to a small battery and walked around the yard with it, and that thing lit up a 5 acre field. I'll try and get some pics of it after I get the replacement bulb of what it has for light now.

Finally got the BURB all buttoned back up and running again, and these lights are LETHAL! And I cannot believe how much more light I'm getting with the retro kits VS my old ones in the low beams, I may end up having to aim them down because so much more light is making it past the cutoffs. my high beams are virtually useless now with these in the lows. And the fog lights are good enough to be low beams with a MUCH broader light beam to them. I'll try and get some pics tommorrow night when I get them aimed better.
