Where can I buy this plumbing?

My, my. That motor looks familiar :hihi:

Yes, the "Hat" comes from Peninsular. The next section working back towards the turbo came off a Cumming set up and was source through Avante Salvage (Diesel Depot). The next 90* elbow connecting to the turbo is Silicon hose but I recommend a section of mandrel bent tubing instead.

Sig block:
2000 GMC K3500 stake and rack dump
Automatic 4x4
6.5
ATT
Diamond eye 4"
SS diesel PMD heat sink

The Boost Bolt is drilled through so there's no additional work for that option.
It is your call but with the Air Intake Adapter you don't need to use the Spacer as the piping will line up just fine with either the ATT or GM X or...
You can tap the intake adapter for the IAT sensor (3/8 NPT) and the MAPS. The Cummins Elbow I listed has a 1/8 NPT port pre-tapped and you could use that for plumbing the MAPS. Either way, 1/8 NPT nippled barb to run the hose to the sensor. On the motor pictured in the OP, the lower intake was tapped for all sensors so your options are many.

(Thanks for the input Paveltoltz ) Im putting in a HX40W this summer with a airbox battery swap and Im just trying to line things up to fit. I like the look of the intake adapter pointing forward , that way I only have 1- 90* angle to deal with. But It will always come down to cost factor in the end. 2-90*angles are probably a lot cheaper. Do you happen to have the part # for that Cummins 90*elbow?

I just bought the 2335520 Air Intake Adaptor . How much for the intake mounting plate for the MAPS and IAT sensor? Also would I have to drill and tap for your boost bolt or is that already done?
Boost bolt, fuel Pressure tap, Raptor 100,FSU Supply and return fitting kit. Soon to have pre filter kit.
I'm not making them at this point. It takes a huge amount of time. Toward July I going to look into having some cast for me though.
As Paul said you probably don't need it with HX40 anyway.

Cummins Elbows. I've had two over the years and the part number just about identical. Either 3918685-00-3KPK or 3918685-00-4KPK.
I did a thread a couple of years back on a few upgrades to include my own bout with making an intake spacer.
Not sure how many pictures survived the transition to the new site design but I see many have.

Here's a couple of shots manifold tapped for boost, MAPS, AIT, Water, Propane....

Same motor as in post #1. Long story short, it ate itself and I was able to help resurrect it.

Thanks Paveltolz,
Those numbers will come in handy up here. I wasn't planning on removing the lower and tapping but it sure looks like its the way to go. (Nice and tidy)I still might just tap the adapter and get the girl back to work though. Do you remember what paint you used on the adapter & Cummins elbow? Looks like aluminium (color) paint.
