What is this fuse for?

In the fuse box, under the hood, driver side.

Fuse " ENG-I" 20A blows out as soon as we switch ON. I have no wiring diagram to find out.

Anybody knows?

For the 95 it does the fuel heater, water in fuel sensor, and EGR.

Its usually the fuel heater.

Yup & without that you don't have any boost either, that is why I carry my screen door spring in my truck's 6.5 emergency kit
