What is the max towing that you can do with a 6.5?

I have always felt 10k for bumper pull and 12k for a gooseneck for the gmt 400 trucks is a good limit for regular everyday towing. They can and have pulled more but you start pushing the limits of the frame, brakes, drivetrain, and tires. Sounds like you need a medium duty unit. A Topkick or its equivalent sounds like a good fit.

well thats kind of where all of this started from cause one day i decided to test drive a 2014 RAM 5500 laramie thats the one in my avatar.
i liked the truck it'll pull my damn house off the slab lol but the damn price tag was so crazy then there wasn't any deals of anything cause its considered a commercial truck so the same incentives don't apply or something like that

This is where you look for the 'used' Medium duty trucks. Freightliner makes one. They are not as expensive used as the Ram, Chevy, Ford as they are not well known by those that just want to 'play'. They come with all the bells and whistles including heavier duty engines made by CAT, Detroit, etc. They also have real fuel filters and water separators not the standard all in one jokes pickups get. New they cost the same ballpark.

Is this pleasure or commercial for profit use? What is the exact need to haul a trailer so big and heavy?

Again I suggest you look at the DEF and emissions and what it will cost you in downtime and extra fuel wasted. It isn't fun to be blindsided with this.
