What is it? The diesel suddenly knocks!

Sounds to me like a rocker retainer broke, or an injector is hung open. You can go and crack each injector line loose one at a time and see if the noise goes away with one of them. If not I would say you need to pull the valve covers off and check the nylon rocker retainers.

Is your oil pressure low? If it's still holding good oil pressure, then I doubt it's a rod bearing. Injectors can make some loud noises when they hang open.

Oil pressure is good.

And the diesel is running smoothly

That's why I think you have a broken rocker retainer. If it was a rod bearing oil pressure would be down, and if it was an injector, it would be shaking some at idle normally. Your video shows it idling smooth, and you say it has good oil pressure, so that normally leaves a broken rocker retainer to knock.

Today I started the diesel and after 5 min diesel jammed. It's not good. The crancshaft don't turn any more.
I removed the valve covers. Rocker retainers is good.
What is it? Tomorrow I'll remove the heads. Maybe is it pre-cup? But I think than necessary to remove engine.
Sory for my english

Just listened/watched your video. That's more that a 'tick', that's a spun rod bearing knock. Had that same noise when my original '93 engine let go of #1&2 rod bearings. Funny thing is that it still carried decent oil pressure.

And of course with your engine locked up, it's time to remove it and rebuild or replace, sorry to say.

I think you're right. I need to remove the engine and take it reassembly again. I probably made a mistake when I assembly this engine

Look at the flywheel to rule it out, also check the torque converter bolts. Hopefully you get lucky. Then try using a flywheel turner to see if you can rotate the crankshaft from that location. Then try turning crankshaft from the balancer location. (checking for a broken crankshaft).

It would be very good!
Before the crankshaft locked up, I heard a sound as if something had fallen inside the engine
