The gold looking flange is different.
Also long screws on top look like stainless?

On my turbine this plate is completely round. And there are no holes in it.

been awhile since I had one apart holes my help or may not. The kits I bought were around $50. I did pay about $90 for the first one I bought the $50 one was about the same quality
