Tell us what you use to find your way around.

What brand of GPS do you have?

This is a multiple choice poll for those that have more than one type.

Always looking for poll ideas post them HERE or send me a PM.......

I have an OLD GARMIN that I use for boating, and my inlaws gave us a GARMIN for the BURB on trips. I still use a map mostly as i find the GPS screws me up more than anything.

Maps for me.... BUT:
Last few years I've spent time looking closely and getting a good review of the route on the computer before I rely on the map.

:stupid:

I always look up my route, GPS is just to help keep me on track, and I adjust the route to the one I know.

Oh, and I use my phone (Motorola Droid Bionic), or in our Suburban, OnStar turn-by-turn.

When I was flat-beddin' across the nation, I used MS streets and trips with a laptop PC.. I like the detail of planning every street. Very necessary driving a big truck. You absolutely do not want to rely on the common 'GPS' for this.

A motor carriers road atlas came in handy too.
