Well, finally hit the limit and it's egt's....

I'll put it on my to-do list for the morning. Only costs a phone call. I can check with usps also to see how much of a pia it is. I have shipped small parts to Canada. I think it was anything over $40 or $50 you have to write a book about it.:D
Does FedEx bend you over like UPS? I have a FedEX account. USPS isn't a problem either. When I find out the weight and dimensions I can get a USPS price. I have USPS software.

Yup fedex rapes you too. They're just more polite about it!

ifn they're the same pipe configuration as the normal ssd kits they won't physically ship usps without cutting them. 108" L+W+H is the maximum

I don't have the hearthrob box yet but I do have a Diamondeye box and it measured52"x24 1/4" x 13". It very easily is under the 108"

This is from heartthrobs retail/internet outlet[right next door]
http://www.mufflermonster.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&product_ID=1160 It didn't give package dimensions or weight. I'll see what usps has for size limits. If it's too big maybe they can cut the oversize pieces???
I just tried the diamondeye box dimensions with usps. NO GO:nonod: Too large to ship usps:mad2::mad2:
PM me your address and I could get a fedex quote.

I would think if you cut the big pipe with a scribe line across the cut to index it it could be either rewelded or a band clamp used. still be way cheaper than the ups fees

For what it's worth I bought a stainless 4" w/ downpipe made by Flo-Pro through my job's distributor. Their part number for my 96 was 822SS, should be the same for your 98. Certainly a nice kit for the money. Not sure about Canada shipping, but I seem to remember Warpspeed carrying Flo-Pro?

INtersting.

I can't remember if it was flo pro that could be drop shipped from Alberta, which would eliminate the brokerage problems.

I'll have to check all my old emails....

Flo-Pro used to drop ship out of Red Deer, but I don't think they do, anymore.

Did you call Garth and see what he could do for ya? Edzzed lives around that neighborhood, too.

No good bro.

USPS won't ship it, about 250 bucks for me to just get on and off the island.

It'll be cheaper to just give ups it's pound of flesh and be done with it...

I was thinking either foundation tar like the turbo's used or doing some small body work and preparing the truck now and go straight to the Line-X place when i hit St.John's and have the whole underside/frame and rockers done with it.
