I got the A-team turbo and new injectors installed.

All together I probably have about 10 hrs. in it.

Every thing went pretty smooth, excellent instructions with turbo.

I do have one injector that looks like it might be seeping from the base or were the piece threads into the base.

All the washers came out with the old injectors.

Injectors were torqued to 50ft/lbs.

I do not think it is a return line not getting on far enough the seepage is closer to the head. I am wondering if I got a piece of debris in the hole.

Hopefully its drivers side.

Try pulling it out and re-installing it, or even switching it with the easiest injector you can find.

It is the drivers side. Will pull later. Worn out.

Will it be alright to drive tomorrow? It is not running out, just seeping enough to look a little wet.

I could not have did this work as quickly as I did without all the useful info on this site.

If it sounds good and runs good and isn't leaking badly or missing, and you need the vehicle tomorrow, I'd drive it. Keep an eye on it.

Yes, they are the ones from Pensacola

It runs and drives great. Could the injector be broken or cracked somewhere, something not installed correctly on the injector?

Talked Sr. tech at PCola fuel, he doesn't like the Herzogs his boss sells/makes him sell, "Junk" is word he used to describe them

I'm almost at the point of calling up there boss now over some LB7 DMAX injectors as well. Of the first 8 one was bad and one was marginal. The 2 replacements are both WORSE than the bad ones I already had. I'm waiting on 2 more now, but if these don't pan out I'm buying a set of BOSCH ones. They sell theres and say they are BOSCH, but they sure don't look like BOSCH to me and have a strange part number on em.

seem to get what you pay for with injectors.

I have about an hour of run time on the turbo. It is very nice, it seems to be about the same as the GM-8 at lower rpm's, but as soon as you start pressing on the skinny black pedal it just goes. It runs hard and with less boost. It is awesome, as soon as I get the injector thing figured out I will try to get some milage numbers.

I think I am going to have to get a different boost gauge. The one that the burb had when I got it is 0-50, which is fine for higher boost. But does not work to well with a 6.5.

I am thinking about pulling the leaky injectors making sure everything is clean and tight, then reinstalling them to see if something is loose or dirty.

i would just send the injectors back......mine where in for 6,000 miles and the dam broke under the turbo....i pull all four and reinstalled them twice!!!!!!.....got four more and they went about 2,000 miles and the dam let loose again......don't know why but the 4 on the pass. side waited to leak at 8,000 miles...i'm going for a set of BOSCH'S.....the sad thing is the burb runs great with them....just afraid it's going to catch on fire!!!!!

Maybe I should just send them back and not worry about changing an injector out every other week.

That would really not be a good use of time.

Is it better to get my old ones rebuilt or by new ones?

New GM's are the best option for 95% of the 6.5's out there. If you want high pops I would go to HEATH oR KENNEDY, just go with a reputeable company. I sure don't ever plan on buying anything from PENSACOLA again after my experience with em. I ran it a little more and now 2 on the drivers side are going:mad2:.

Just talked to Bill Heath, got a set ordered.

Now I have to figure out how to return the leaky injectors to Pensacola and get a refund.

I now have a total of 4 leaking.

Let me know how it goes, I also have to figure out how to return mine and get a set of cores back as DMAX cores are pricey.
