We have purchased a much bigger batch oven, now we can fit all long tube headers, most bike frames, complete blocks, etc.

The oven is 4x4x6, if you have inquired in the past about large items and were told it wouldn't fit in our oven now we can fit most anything.

Here is the beast, and getting the first batch ready, a few customers will be glad to get their stuff back... and this is only what would fit on the table, looks like folks are catching on to what the coatings will provide...




And this is a "ACID" porting job, and removing all the stock lumps & bumps, will greatly improve the flow of the intake & exaust mannies, then they will make atrip in the oven for a chrome looking coating..

Strip them down, coat the shafts, shims, inside of the rocker where the shaft rides with a dry film lubricant to make them very slick and not wear..

So what about the fuel lines?

They are getting the chrome like coating.. all the clips, front brackets, IP brackets, WP backing plate, timing cover, mannies, intake, bolts, etc etc are getting polished smooth and coated with the cermakrome..

Yes AK, it doesn't vent or move the air, just dead heat...

Hmm I was under the impression that the bigger ovens actually moved the air to keep the temp uniform. What's the device on top?

That's the controller, and with ceramics you don't want the air moving, possible contamination between products..

Looks really nice. What thickness would the coating be on Cam bearing lobes? I've had to ream two sets of bearings to fit the cam so far.

That coating burnishes to a glass like finish, .0001" thickness

Also the bearings would be good area to coat as the coating retains oil and will withstand more pressure than oil and provide pertection during dry starts or loss of oil pressure.
