Water injection question

I was thinking of something like this. I am not sure this would react quick enough because its made for coolant but is the general idea. This way short spikes wouldn't activate system. The thermocouple would have to be upstream of the nozzle. The only thing I'm not sure of is what would happen if you completely lifted off go pedal. I don't know if it would react and shut off quick enough. It would be nice to find one that was in cab adjustable.

If you go with that you'll find a 5 gallon tank won't last more than a hundred miles or so. Even the way I have mine setup I can go through 5 gallons of water in 250 miles and that is just towing my trailer going uphills or when I see the egt's hitting 1000 where I will manually activate it. Ed

If I were going to be running a GM8 you would be right. The ATT will have lower IATs and shouldn't get into the crispy zone as easy. If I set it high enough just to keep it from defueling, it would probably never even kick on empty. I am not planning on pulling near as much weight as Slim and JoeyD do either.
