Warning: Dorman injector return line kit

Most of the times, the US side company does not specify the spec to the level of detail that it needs to. For example in metal parts, they need to specify the metalurgy of the parts to the composition and how to build them, pressure and temp and how to measure the quality. A lot of US company just assume that the Chinese knows what to build and spec the functionality instead of how to build and how to measure the quality.

In most cases, the US side company have to do an incoming QC with a certain standard also. They may not do it either. So, Bison is correct.

Yes, as AK said, never know until it happens.

I know that overseas companies can make good products. IMO it's our own suppliers stabbing us in the back to make an extra buck.

NOw I would think the company who needs something made, sends their spec sheets around, and goes with the lowest bidder.

It's not a cooincedence that CHINA made products have EARNED a bad rep.

It aint all bad,Your PC and TV is most likely made by the rice eaters as well, how is that working for ye:D

I dont say i agree with farming everything out to China:nonod:,but IMO they are not really the problem.

IMO,Its all about economy, profits and quik turnover.
most consumers dont give a rats ass, they want it cheap and replace it as soon as a new version of whatever comes on the market incl cars and trucks.

The world aint about to change just because You and me and a whole pile of this boards members belong in a diff category.

Hate to get this back to the return line origins :D but I have developed a leak on the right side and having to pull the turbo and such would like to get a good line to go back with.
Have looked at the Heath stuff here but don't really need the washers that come with the set, and like the looks of the braided set spoken of earlier by Diesel Slug like the idea of no clamps I have three old engines I went through to make sure I had good clamps and made sure I had good hose ends on the lines still came up with leaks, bummer.
Am leaning towards the braided stuff just because have used stuff like it on VWs, so any firm opinions or like noses and other things :D thanks

Depaco makes a great return line KIT.

Comes with all the needed hoses (Cut to length as needed) (2) two end caps for the rear injectors including the clamps.

Has the top hat gasket, injector coppers.
Has the braided no clamp hoses.

Good stuff, I have personally used these kits.

Looks like i'll be ordering one of these kits, that is if i can fix my current issue. If not, i'm not sinking any more money into this truck i think.
