Fat change on that one.Generally, parts should not fall off......I'd push for a replacment and maybe a discount for the time and labor lost, as a result of their faulty/damaged product.

couple yrs ago i got a set of front calipers, there was one with the seal sticking out on the piston.It happened to be just before long weekend and was'nt gonna wait an other week,so i took it apart to see what the hangup was.Damn piston seal groove was all rusted up. I ended up rebuilding my old caliper with the new one's seal.
I wanted a refund on the faulty caliper,hell no:mad2:.
I had violated the warranty,dumb f"cks:rolleyes5:
