Was reading post. Replacing factory lines as well. I took part number 15635936 up to dealer and its a sway bar link. Not the vacuum line setup. Did I read something wrong or was there another side conversation. Thx.
They probably discontinue the vacuum lines. Notice the post was 2011 and the number may come way before that post.
I will get the rubber vacuum lines from any part store, just make sure it is the same size.
The last time I looked for vacuum lines, I could not find any anywhere. Do you have a part number from the dealer?Just went through this for CA Smog Test. My unused vacuum line had settled onto the exhaust manifold below the turbo and melted. I repaired it with a piece of Viton hose which worked perfectly. Second time I had repaired the vacuum lines that way. Otherwise, they're a dealer part that runs about $35.

I thought I checked all dealers last time I needed a set of vacuum lines and could not find any, anywhere. I was told by all they were discontinuedNo, I do not have the part #. I only need it to pass smog. The last one I bought should be on the engine from the '95, but it's sitting in a military crate and I'm not going to pull that heavy lid off it.
