Using water runs great.

Blue Devil might work short term. Then again, it might not do anything. Personally I'd skip the band-aid on a 400K motor and get ready for the restoration. Especially seeing as truck looks like a keeper.

You say this is "a family member"... lol why all the jumping around what is wrong... a head gasket is shot... treat your family member right and fix it, you seem to just want a band-aid fix, doesn't sound like you think much of the ol family member to me....

Maybe that blue devil can just slip into those cracks and keep a good running truck running. Save all that work. Rad probably clogged again anyhow. No loss.

Boyce Equipment for surplus 6.2 engines. Other places for 6.5 engines, but, a 6.5 is just a bored over 6.2 and with the factory GMx you won't notice a 6.2 dropped in. Injector clearance to the turbo manifold using 6.2 heads is the only heartburn.

Hmmm heart attack....

I used atf instead of injector cleaner cause they were putting French fry oil in! Now propel fuel has cleaned out everything. What is blue devil made of?
