Turbo to intake cooling.

There was at least one ba__sy bat s___t crazy individual (no disrespect intended) who used ammonia in the cooling system of his turbo build in a Datsun Z I'm thinking late 70's here but not sure anymore. That vehicle was featured in an old publication on Turbocharging.

Interesting.

Depending on the set-up, an ammonia system could present a zero power tax with only its weight as a limitation. Scenario: use exhaust manifold as the heat source and loop the ammonia up to the intake.

Not sure about effectiveness though as ammonia refer systems take a long time to cool.
