Truck Runs Real Rough, Please Help

Buddy, That is without the filter.

Your resistance value is correct. I checked mine again and got the same as you. My banana jack input must have been loose or I was on the wrong pins and told you the right ones.

Looking at the harness sockets
____
D E F
C B A

From pin A to D (The power lines back to the PCM) have a 464 ohm restance between them. There is an inline resistor on the power line to prevent direct shorting to ground and I assume its value is approximately 500ohms that we are reading.

A to B: 1.5kohms
A to C: 1.5kohms

D to B: 2kohms
D to C: 2kohms

Pin B is the Cam signal, the one that is getting messed up on yours
Pin C is the high resolution signal

Hey, Buddy, thanks for taking the time to check your electrcal system out for me.
I will check the other pins out for kohms Tomorrow morning and report back on my findings. Thanks.

I think youre at the point of an OS is the problem, and IP's can be found rebuilt with no core for $500. If youre comfortable changing an IP or dont mind the expense of a shop installing and timing it, then a new IP is the way most go.

Or Bison had some dealer IP pulls with bad PMDs, no guarantees. Might be able to pull an OS off, or someone might have an OS. And that would be simpler install.
