Tool for inj. Pump fittings

Trying to find just the right wrench to get on the 4 and 8 o'clock hard line fittings on an installed pump with the intake on. I've got a leaky, loose fitting. Glad it's not the two bottom most ones. My crows foot is a six point and is not clocked right. (Plus I broke it). I could cut down a 5/8 box wrench and open an end to get on it, but I already have one and hate to shorten it more just to let it swing in the limited space it has. I'd have to take a brass punch and hammer to tap it tighter, and that would only work on the passenger side.
A pivot head, 5/8 in, 12 point, shallow wall, flare wrench would be the shizzle.

Mac times their wrenches and crows foot offset different. If a regular one can't get it, try Mac.

Only 12 point crows foot worth buying are Mac or snapon. Yes more expensive, but fit in tighter spots and dont strip things.

My valve cover leaks a bit but I'm putting it off as I fear the bungle of pipes and fittings crammed in that 4" circle. You guys are my heros. Lol

I too was overwhelmed with all the injection pipes and fittings, until I got the timing cover removed, along with the intake manifold.
I removed the pipes that I could get to the fittings on, then just left the two low ones alone and lifted the pump out with those two attached. I was installing a new timing chain/sprocket set and injectors any ways.
I did check the two low fitting to be tight before installing the pump back into the hole.
The valve covers were not leaking so I left Mine alone.

I cranked the bottom ones too. Thought I got all of them. Maybe timing the pump loosened it. I ordered a US made, 12 point crows foot, branded "Bonnie". Hoping it's a good fit. I'd like to find a couple used US made box wrenches to have custom bent and welded for the bottom two. Maybe when I get moved I can bend silver solder something.

I have heard of people using a car battery to weld with, using jumper cables.
Must be careful though, rapid discharge of a battery creates hydrogen gas, one little spark and it`ll blow the battery up.
Makes a big old boom too. This I know from experience. Never use any kind of wire to tie a battery into place. LOL

If you silver solder it. Use the 15% silver solder not the 6%. The 15% is a lot stronger

I like Brownells hi force 44 and comet flux.
I can stick weld with my buzz box pretty decent if I say so myself. Small work tho...

I used to, and will again, gunsmith. Never owned a tig and my horror freight mig was a joke, but it wire flux cored well.

I used to weld thin stuff with the buzz box, just used smaller rod.
That 7018AC rod lays in some real nice welds too.
