The connecting rod is bent and short. The piston skirt touched the crankshaft.

How bent is the head components it argued with?

In this cylinder(7), everything is fine with the head.

Toy for big boy. Brand new. Found on a local craiglist 15$.

Measured the piston at the level of the piston pin. = 102.86 mm.
The piston is not worn.

My rebuild just took a turn for the worse. More $$$$. All the cylinder walls looked good I thought when It was magnafluxed. I found a little lip on 1 of the cylinder walls so now they need to be bored out which means I will need larger pistons. I have 8 used balanced pistons (standard size) for sale. I think you are in russia so not sure if you can get them there. Shipping from the US is probably pretty expensive.

I got a new old piston and connecting rod. In great condition!

New piston w/r/pin and rod heavier 6 gramm (0.212oz.).

Time to do some sanding and drilling to get those weights in line.
