Temp gauge all over the place on my 2000

I am of the opinion that the issue is probably the sending unit in the LH head.

Unhooking it or Broken wire wont make it jump all over.

Try a fresh sender and see if this fixes it. Cheap test

Too erratic for that. I was moving up and down very quickly. Gonna try the sender 1st. If not cooling tabs and a one way trip to Venezula...

Swapped the temp sender this weekend. So far so good. was leaning toward potential rodent issue..
