Let's see removing rusty old fuel tank and posting a tap guide in the same week.......some broken bolts in the process possibly leading you to search for drill/tap index ???........good find :) I printed & scanned it I'll post to the TRL.

I have a few tap charts but the lettering is getting hard to see. I must have shrunk the charts or something. A lot of times it's easier to look it up online than it is to get the magnifying glass out.

:hihi: or something...:rof:

hee-hee as I sit here wearing my "1.5 power or somethings" on my face, did the laser thing but that did not preclude me from needing the "or somethings" I need for close up work, including cheaters in the bottom safety glasses I also wear when at work .

FYI I scanned the charts at full size so when printed it will be in size most folks can read it

Here is another PDF version of that chart...

We have 2 power full lense saftey glasses we like that we bought off Amazon. But I still can not read the dang tap chart with them on. Charts must have shrunk at least to 3x

We had RK many years ago before there were any other options. One of the best things we ever did for ourselves. It lasted for many years of trouble free eye site. Vision is my number one comlaint in these silver years. I ain't old enough for golden years yet

Happy Birthday Tim. Have a great year and many more to come. We'll be in those golden years soon enough. I heard you get your vision back. Or at least you think you do.

I actually thought when we had RK that technology would progress at such rate that by the time our RK gains dwindled that they would have procedures such that glasses would be as passe' as dial phones now. It wasn't the first time I was wrong. and maybe not the last

Here is the procedure to follow:
  1. Measure tap with the calipers
  2. Take high resolution picture of calipers
  3. Print picture to a PDF file
  4. View PDF file and enlarge view to about 300% or so until you can read the numbers on the calipers
VIOLA ! ! ! You have the drill size :hihi:

Are you guys all cousins of bubbles from trailerparkboys? :hihi:

You fella's must've had a pretty miserable life sofar if you think that hitting retiring age lands you in the "Golden years" ,..nuttin golden about it :nonod:
