Great News!!!

well... yes and no...
the 94 had a set back... water in oil again. not as bad as before, put some of them gm coolent tabs in for the time being and it has stopped using water...
Not so great news...
Sounds like TD has you on the right path though.

with all the experience you had on those heads, if its still the gasket I would bet they probably need to be planed. I definitely hate to hear you still have problems, but glad to know oil pressure issue is fixed- as that was a MAJOR thorn for you. I wish I was closer, would have loved to spent some time under the hood, swappin stories, etc.

Gotta love the bow-tie

Guys I just want to share if you get a chance to do this in your own region, make it happen, it's as near a religious experience I've had in a while, helping another in need, now the good Lord may not have approved of some of the language and stories we swapped from days of our youth and our past "worldly ways" but I think he smiled a little on us in spite of that. Praying for your success Justin.

Hey! Good work guys.. As I read the posts, I thought for a while, that I quaified for help.. I fell and broke 5 ribs, and busted my knee, and during my recovery, my neighbor and I were putting my running boards on, and my knee pop out again.. We got the one board on and thats it.. I have been shut down for over a month, and I will be down for the next 3 mths., just waiting for a knee replacement.. So after that I will be taking it easy for another length of time.. I had just got my Heath mister, and got my tool box set up for water, and had just put the new cooling system on.. Now between the Hospital bills, and all of the other stuff, I am now shut down on being able to help you guys fianancialy.. Taken the time out, next year I would like to join your crew, to help out one way or another.. I am in middle Tenn., and our church senior's are getting ready to take a week, to help out in the comunnity.. We do repairs, clean up, and what ever building needs are there.. This year I will be just a driver, and use my truck to haul the teenagers around, and pick up the waste.. So I know the feeling that all of that crew has about doing the projects.. We have quite a few members, so if you can find anyway that I can help you guys beginning next year, I would like to get envolved.. I can cover quite a wide range of area, and can bring my own down home bull..

I know I'm a retard, but I can't find the member locator map anymore. was it where the giveaway announcement is now?? this probably belongs in the forum feedback, but as we are talking about lending a helping hand, it is nice to see where alot of us are and how close. maybe integrate the map into the sunshine forum?

could someone give me the location, I have looked and can't find-thanks.

LOL... you're close, Doc!

Look under (Forum Feedback, Suggestions, and Updates) - or in any forum, up at the top, in the announcement section - click on the Giveaway thread, and it's post #2
