Can't you go to the corner store and buy two of the GM turbos for a quarter? Why eliminate it?

Aftermarket parts at the intake elbow junction in place of a turbo has me wondering if it's government optioned or just removed a blown turbo.

I was thinking the same thing. Not that ever have seen one, but I thought the n/a 6.5 had a different upper intake plenum like the earlier n/a 6.2

That would be great to see another build thread. Appears to be a real clean unit, a lot nicer than My CC. If the m ileage is original I could not see a lot being the matter with the engine unless it had been very badly abused.
