I thought the insulator was NLA, but I hope im wrong.

I was able to find one, my local GMC dealer tracked down 2 of them.

GMPartsGiant<dot> shows part number 12382869 for the insulation as available.

Boot is number 15959690 and showing Discontinued.

Here is the pick ticket from the boot I received in December from Bull Motors in Wynne, Arkansas. Unfortunately, it was the only one that they had. My local GM dealer found this one and one other, but I don't have any information on that one.
