Serious problems...

Gotta fix the CUCV as well. I have no wheels right now. front brakes went on it and it has a charging system issue I have to shoot over to Steel Soldiers and do somehomework.

Blown brake line? can't help you with the 24V charging system. wouldn't knwo where to start. I would've done a 12V conversion just so there was one less thing to confound me. ):h

gotta turn in or i'll be late for work tomorrow kenny. ):h see ya tomorrow.

As long as the precups stuck above the head surface but not more than .002[enough to hook your fingernail on barely], it shouldn't be a problem. they will be clamped in. If they were below the head surface it would be a problem eventually. Most precups do need to be tapped out with a brass rod or something soft through the injector hole.

Should be fine then. That head gasket looked pretty trashed. I'd bet on bolt failure. Cylinders #2 and #7 have a weak point where the exhaust port is that there is a bigger distance between head bolts. It's the easiest place for it to blow out.
