Leroy is sending me a flight systems 40 inch cable. Im also buying three used PMDs (flight ) from Pensacola Fuel injection $85 delivered. Hopefully it cures the problem. I keep looking at the cable and all i can see is insulation missing from one wire and it doesnt appear broken. maybe current is jumpimg and grounding out on the next pin over???? I still don't know if its the problem, but its certainly A problem. And I've seen stranger things happen. I'd like to make a short video of the FSD heat sink vibrating after it warms up, I can believe how bad it is. Ill have to investigate further because I don't remember it vibrating like that.!!

Just installed a used Flight systems PMD and 40inch relocate cable. So far so good. Just wanted to share my experiance with Leroy. I bought my turbo and exsaust from him last year. There was a small mix up over some clamps. A year later leroy reminded me of it and sent me the cable I needed, FREE! Now that's what I call good customer service. Thanks leroy! Back to the grind.

also, the only true 3500HDs had 19.5 rubber on 10 bolt wheels, leaf springs, disc brakes, and solid axles at all 4 corners. anything with 8 lug 16 inch is a plain 3500.
I love cheap trucks, my most expensive one is 2,325 bucks, cheapest one that can move under its own power is 800 bucks.

Thank. One bug though, since I installed the used PMD and cable the engine doesn't kick down for at least an hour of driving. It's never been a problem before. I only bought the the used PMDs to be sure its the problem. Could it be that the used PMD is making this happen? Otherwise the truck is running great the batteries stopped going dead overnight as well. Not sure why replacing the PMD would remedy the batteries??

sounds like you need to check your Tstats or the sending unit in the tstat crossover
