Running out of things to change

If you have voltage on both sides of the controller it's working. There should be 10.5v or more at the leads, it looks like the fusible glow wire is shot.
 
The PO had it at this garage. I'm not going to start saying stuff about them but anyways, drivers side is all fusible link. Passenger side is connectors they made from flat blade 16 gauge connectors and regular wire going back to the connectors near the starter. So if I am to fab a new set of leads, what should I be making these out of? LOL Should just ask Raceday to make me a set. Gonna have to work my days off to pay for these repairs this month lol.
