Friend right down the street has a 95 EX cab 6.5 F Turbo truck. He, and I, would like to know the success rate of just installing new nozzles on an existing set of injectors on a DIY basis.

There is a guy around here that built a pop tester from an old bottle jack. :hello:ut:
Here is mine pop tester.
I used a a2 ton hydr. jack.
Make sure you have a passage in the piston and bottom so the fuel can flow to the top, you may have to center drill the piston.
Welded the piston to the outer housing, welded a thread piece on the top and fitted a T piece fot the manometer, and connection for the injector.
Silver solded a cone on the end of the pipe that fits to the injector(place the nut for the injector on the pipe first).
Ther was a rubberplug in the side of the jack, made threads and fitted a 90 degrees fitting, and connected it to a bottle to store the fuel in.
