Pump Problem-rough accelaration and locking

On start and in park the engine idles fine but when I start raising rpm (low) it begins to idle rough and seizes or it will not come out of the rough idle.
Any thoughts would be appreciated

I would start by putting your spare PMD and see how it goes.

Fuel pressure, air in the fuel supply line is my guess.
