Welcome @jaytow WOW! I hope that winch and boom have beefed up mounts to the frame! not sure what that is your trying to lift up but it looks like you need some extra weights in the front end LOL

a 4x4 solid billet for a front bumper should do the trick but would blow the front tires unless there foam filled.
