Problems...PMD maybe? Shutoffs, won't start, fuel leaks

Yea, just doing a quick but trying to do a thorough search, both on TTS & google (which put me at the place) gave me a bunch of different answers. The one I removed stayed rather consistently at 12 position, but would wiggle randomly it seemed. The one I installed...from Kennedy or someone, starts at 60 (@ outside temperature @ 60*) and once it warms up it'll cool down, but for now it wants to warm up.
 
Update: truck runs great and no fuel leak, and once engine warms up the ops shows normal! Thanks everyone for your help so far.

One more problem that I was reminded of last night and this morning is a throttle position sensor warning light that likes to come up when I lose acceleration capabilities. Only seems to happen on colder mornings when I don't give it enough time to warm up and/or when I try to accelerate too heavy in too high a gear. Any thoughts?
