PPE dyno # ?'s

Do you know if that is for stock wheels/tires sizes? Just curious because mine is far from stock size and weight.

Larger tires will knock the torque down but most times not the HP.

That has a lot to do with what drive train you are using, different axles ratios, wheel size transmitions all play in to what the drive train loss is. So to say that every truck has 20% drive train loss is a broad gemeralization, that si not so acurate.

I disagree.
The 20% rule (for duramax/allison equiped GM 3/4 & 1 Ton trucks) is a lot more repeatable than dyno operators, weather conditions and dynos...

I guess we will have to agree to disagree, I have witnessed lower losses than that on a D/A truck, more than once.
