Possible lift pump issue -or something else ?

Hi folks

Still trying to make her start better.
Just pulled codes today, only got code 41 (Cam sensor...circuit I think) Could that be anything to worry about ?

Thanks

I would also like to welcome you to TTS.

I use the GMTDScan Tech, he has/had a freebee to download for 94/95 Chevy's you can start with maybe www.EnghMotors.com he lives in Sweden.

Where in Denmark are you situated..?

You can test your OPS by putting some pressure in the end like compressed air and see if you get a reading on a multimeter from the terminals, even the New could be Bad, you'll need help from another with this.

Thank you for the advice. We are almost neighbors ;-) I am on the south western part of Sealand

Today I had a pressure gauge at the T-valve and it read 3,2 PSI at idle, and never under 1 PSI when the pedal was floored and truck accelerated.
LP, OPS and tank suction lines and everything from the tank to the FFm is renewed så I guess it must be allright ? But what then

Had a clear tube on the return from IP too, and it showed no bubbles
Still hard starting... cranks and sounds like engine is almost starting couple of times before it finally starts. A slight dark puff of smoke from exhaust when it starts.
Thats almost the same even when engine is just shut off warm.

Like mentioned earlyer in thread, glows are new too. Never really did any difference.

My OPS has just gone bad on me, luck will have it I found an old one that's OK before I put it in I check if there was Diesel coming out of the T-valve there was none, LP was A-OK as I put it on anther battery. Put in the old OPS my values read 7+psi at idle, thats with Heath`s LP.. I also had once that the module in the tank had rusted away just before the rubber hose sucking air at high speed, but you say you have replaced this. Hmmmm! Food for thought!

There is a feed pump test thanks to Heath Diesel:
1. clean plastic container
2. Start engine.
3. With a hose from the T-Valve placed into the container open the T-Valve 6 full turns for 2 minutes by then you should have colleted 1 US gallon =3.8 Liters of Diesel.

This might help, you also said you have code, hopefully someone will chime in after the weekend.
