PMD heat sink like this, Who makes or sells them?

The PMD heat sink pictured in this add is similar my favorite style for mounting. I use one of the holes or drill another hole in the flange to mount to the license plate bracket bolt. Sometimes I have been able to leave the nut on and just add a nut to what is there.

I have also tapped holes for the PMD, to mount it on the other side of the bumper so I have one on each side for a spare.

Where can I by this style of heat sink?

That heatsink looks a lot like SS's and Kennedy's sinks

Will be sending my aDDRess. That is my favorite style hat sink to mount so far. At least I am pretty sure it is the same aS a few I have mounted before.

I had at one point, found a fella a few towns over from me, who worked at the Aluminum extrusion plant,, and was making his own heatsinks,, that were 2x6x12,, I would by 4 of them,, he would cut them to 6in for me,, So I would sell them on ebay,, for a bit of a profit,, still use the first one, after selling like 50 or so of them,, works great, out behind license plate sitting on a plastic shield that goes from bumper to core support. Haven't had a PMD issue since.
